Arbox was an amazing place to work with amazing people. I am so happy to have had this experience. The HR door was also open to help. They hire extremely nice and talented people. It is an extremely understanding company.

However, with the good we must take the bad. There is a lot of mis management and it sometimes easy to fall through the cracks. There is no loyalty, it does not matter how long you work there if they are done with you they are done with you. Even if you are a good employee. They do not look to help you grow from within the company. They do not properly set up goals with certain teams and do not set clear expectations. Making it harder for you to know what you have to do. Additionally, they get upset if you do not reach you goals even if you do not control the means to reach them ie sales.

Thank you for your feedback. Company at scale means growing fast, which means growing pains. Fast pace is not for everyone. We are defiantly aware of what we need to work on, and working on it for sure.

I loved the people in the US office

This whole company was run into the ground by its own founders. 100% the fault of the company to: 1. not translate Hebrew into English on MANY pages of the user interface before even considering hiring staff to sell and onboard the product. 2. not hired native English speakers to write copy for all North American customer communications. Instead, much of the copy read like it was written by Borat. 3. Customer service hours were Israeli timezone based and no effort or planning was made or enacted to ensure North American clients would have smooth IT support 4. Office was staffed on funds based on a LOAN. Everyone was onboarded and fired within the span of 3 months.
