      Some projects are very interesting and are making a positive impact for the people and environment in given project areas. Collegial network around the world.

      In my current department, management can be more professional. Salary negotiations are a power struggle. Sometimes there a political/power play among the team leads and management positions. The project that we are working on does not seem to consider sustainability as a factor and driver at all.

As you may know, we are currently still in a transformation process and on the way to establish a company-wide salary review each year. At regular intervals, the management provides Teams calls on current topics to keep employees informed.
