It’s such a shame, Arch has been such a great place to work. The last year with upper management changes it’s apparent the company isn’t the same “Archtelecom” anymore.

If you look at the graph of reviews and ratings you can literally pinpoint the start of the decline. This is a “good ole boys” club. If you aren’t an insider forget about ever moving up. They claim to hire within while every major move from DM up has been an outside hire the last year. Get in, make your money, get out.
