We couldn't agree more with the pros listed and that we strive to have an environment of supportive team with high ownership to pursue ambitious goals. We are nonetheless sad to read that you haven't had the best experience with management, and we have taken notes on lessons learnt around handling redundancies and communication during and after challenging Covid times.       I loved learning about what a job in the tech sector from all the super nice employees. There was such a relaxed yet hard working and ambitious vibe about the place. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming to me! The days were shorter than normal working ones so it allowed me time to go there and back, as well as experience what it was like without getting worn out. Very hands-on and enjoyable experience!!

      The week did not follow a lot of structure, which isn’t really a con because I liked it like that since it was more freeing, I think it was so amazing working there.
