      Open, honest, cares for employees, pushing tech, forgiving of honest mistakes, encourages learning on all levels. Love the team vibe where everyone sincerely jumps in to help with honest retrospectives that does not lay blame from mistakes but seeks to learn from them. LOVE that!

      Needs better organization in many areas, but who doesn't, better focus on few objectives vs. exploring too many at once, more attention to setting goal, defining goal and what success of that goal looks like.

      My experience at ArchBlock was positive! The company has a great culture of openness, and there is a true all for one attitude. Work life balance was also great as every manager emphasized the importance of taking time off!

      -Company direction and vision is promising -The current team is very knowledgable in their areas of expertise and have a very strong team dynamic -My manager trusts my abilities and allows me to explore new projects and be involved so I can grow my skillset -Being a start-up, there's a lot to do but you get to learn a lot very quickly -The people who currently work here are do-ers and have the "get stuff done" mentality so the team dynamic is very strong and collaborative

      -Because there's so much to do, people can easily get burnt out -Not a lot of operational structures put in place so at times it can be a bit chaotic (people who need constant guidance on what to do will not be as successful here) -The culture between upper leadership and the rest of the team is awkward and is an area of improvement
