Svantaggi
Pay to work ratio is criminal - base pay would not be terrible if the company was properly staffed, which it never is. The workflow is never ending and due to poor staffing, employees are never compensated fairly for the amount of time and effort they put in. The only time they have ever offered competitive compensation is when someone is ready to leave, otherwise employees will be working for crumbs no matter how long they are there. And their raises don't offer any reason to stay either. Understaffed all the time - this company is a revolving door of new hires coming in, working their 3 months contract, realizing how toxic the company is, and leaving for better opportunities. If you work here, you will constantly be doing the work of 3 people on a team that is never properly staffed. Don't waste your time getting to know people by name because by the time you know it, they'll be out the door Work/Life balance is atrocious - during initial quarantine, everyone across all teams was working 12 hour days and they actually barred us from taking time off for about 3 months. They also made multiple, poorly executed transitions that caused an increase in workflow for their few employees, resulting in another phase of 12 hour, nonstop days. Do not come here expecting to work 7a-4p, you will almost always work past 5p and will never have a free moment to so much as go to the bathroom. Training is abysmal - there is about 5 days allocated for training of new hires. In this time they will barely scratch the surface of how the Archer internal system works and will have the smallest grasp of how to enter contracts and transaction within that system. To be fair, the job boils down to basic data entry, however there are so many different rules for each client, each contract, and quirks to the system that they will never learn it all within those 5 days. However, the second training is over they will treat new hires as if they have been at the company for years (which so few barely make it to) and expect them to complete everything with the efficiency and accuracy of a supervisor which is just unrealistic and impossible to achieve. Especially given most new hires are right out of college. Management is disgusting - they are grossly out of touch with the reality of their situation. They are completely unaware with the low morale of their employees and believe just because they can handle work within minutes, that every new hire walks in knowing how to do everything perfectly. They do no communicate with their employees at all and have little to no plans when it comes to major transitions at the company. Their expectations for the turn around of tasks are simply unachievable as some items can take days to complete due to certain complexities of the contracts. They are constantly micromanaging every aspect of their team and cannot seem to treat anyone with basic respect. They bark orders without offering any solutions or help in any way shape or form and continue to stick to their old, outdate style of management where they would rather focus on the negatives and berate their employees for a minor error than praise the hundreds of items of volume that are handled on a day to day basis.
