Great team, great culture - lot of potential.

A lot to do. Need more people fast!

-Free Lunch -Great ICs who can relate to the terrible work environment -Work events are fun

-No transparency at all for employees -Communication is terrible -Archer is extremely top heavy and the management has nothing better to do than nag and push impossible deadlines and schedules while there are not enough ICs to handle the work load -C-suite has basically demanded that everyone work long hours -Bunch of rude former Tesla folks harass suppliers and create difficult work situations -Company straight up misleads candidates on how far along the company is when they haven't even finalized the aircraft design -HQ is extremely crowded and things are constantly falling apart -HR will break ethics and create a toxic work environment for those who dare to complain about their managers -Archer does not care about core values and is willing to break safety regulations and put people in danger in order to come out on top
