Long hours, many people work late and are unable to take advantage of the company's Summer Fridays. Most of management is clueless on how to do their job and heavily rely on their direct reports. They take the credit when things are good, and throw you under the bus for any mistakes of their own. They are stingy with pay and will find any excuse to not give merit increases or promotions. They constantly move the goalpost on how to progress, because the majority of employee are in their 20-30s and barely have any experience of their own to try and mentor someone else.
