Auckland Office:
Strictly 8:30-5:30PM (minimum), no flexibility, including if you have children
No overtime payment discussed. If extra hours are worked in the week, they do not add up to hours required to work in week, no time in lieu.
Suppliers and supplier food offers are restricted.
No personal music and earphones allowed in the office.
Working from home is only on a Wednesday, and that is looked down on.
No bananas are allowed to be eaten in the office.
No food is allowed to be eaten at a desk.
Lunch time is strictly 1-2PM sharp.
If you do not follow the above, you are pulled aside for a meeting.
