ready, set, go... - turnover is extremely high, most people quit before 6 months, that's how bad this place is. - CEO has very poor management skills, always shows up to meetings late, not punctual, and doesn't deliver his promise to the customers. - CEO has no knowledge of the product, doesn't have any IT or developing experience, and everything is outsourced to India. - Employees are forced to lie to customers about the product to get the signature, once the customers sign the contract there is basically no customer service in existence. - Employees and Customers are treated like a piece of dust. - Software is very buggy, every update results in more breaks which results in an ongoing continuous cycle of issues, unhappy customers etc. - Software is essentially a clone of EPIC software but lacks the developmental aspect, please be smart and stay away. All they care about is sales and the CEO is crooked along with management. All they care about is getting paid and that's the sad truth, I feel really bad for existing client's and future clients and employees. - I was forced to lie to the customer that I was sick (which I wasn't) in order to cancel the webinar/meeting for that day because the CEO wasn't prepared/ready for the meeting. - forced to tell the client's that the product had certain functionality when in fact nothing was ever deliverable. Everything was based on lies on top of lies just to get a sale/contract agreement. - various and numerous clients calls in everyday complaining about the product. - how this place is still in business is beyond me, just blows my mind!
