You were able to make your own schedule, and work independently with out being micromanaged. Or so it was in the past. This program started as something very purposeful, and rewarding, but sadly turned into something with little to no impact for their client (adidas).

However, once the value from what the program was doing originally no longer held its value to adidas, they panicked and COMPLETELY changed everything that they do. Went from a relationship building, advocate focus, to “visual merchandising” , or folding stacks of tee shirts and hanging clothes. They do a great job of talking a big game, and a great job of giving corporate answers. If you decide to work for this company, please never expect to receive any truthful, or helpful answers from anyone. They are quick to pick favorites as well. If you look at the Management teams, and those who are at HQ, it’s all the personal favorites of the company, and they aren’t favorites due to work ethic or results. This company does not care about its employees. they did go through the first round of lay offs recently, and want to make it seem like it was just business decision, however the reason for layoffs was due to the fact that Archrival had one individual do a rapid mass hiring of roughly 80-100 people and grew far too fast for no real reason. They reason they went through lay offs was simply because they run their business terribly, however they would never be able to come close to admitting that (insert corporate run around answer here).
