Great place to work at.

Scheduling changes regularly. Unfortunately had to leave to better my family.

Many teams have experienced employees with strong technical knowledge, and there are chances to learn a lot about large-scale manufacturing operations. Overall a stable company with structured processes and clear expectations.

The culture can feel somewhat typical of a large corporation, with a strong focus on metrics and production targets. Some strategic decisions can feel short-term focused, which can create frustration at the operational level. Communication between leadership and employees is not always consistent. Like many manufacturing companies, employees can sometimes feel more like part of the system than individuals.
