Arconic Hungary doesn't value older employees who spent their whole life working there, laying off many people a few years before their retirement. Some of the senior managers (without technological understanding) in the Hungarian plant are backing up for each other and removing people who express any different (technologically reasonable) opinion. It goes against Arconic's core values.
