I feel safe to try new things, and I'm even safe to fail, as long as we learn from those mistakes, we have the space to experiment and figure out what the right choice for our company and customers is.

We don't get everything right the first time - Arcules is in a transformative place where we're really tightening who we are, why we're doing it, and understanding our place in the market.
