The job can be stressful at times, but it’s not especially difficult. Depending on the team you join, the training provided is generally sufficient and supportive. Flexible working is available, although how easily it’s granted can vary between teams.

The company appears to lack clear direction on where it wants to go, or at the very least seems uncertain about how to implement changes to optimise its workflow effectively. This can be very frustrating as an employee. Duties, managers, and even seating locations within the building can change frequently, making it difficult for those seeking stability. There also seems to be an element of micromanagement, though this varies by team. Some teams are managed very closely — even down to seating plans — while others are much more relaxed and easy-going.
