Typical startup culture where the CEO says he wants collaboration but then just constantly acts like the smartest guy in the room. Focused on a lot of BS rather than anything tangible

- A true "Family First" organization. I've never had an employer that literally didn't mind my daughter joining a call, or having to step away to handle a family matter. Ardalyst understands that an employee can only be their best if they have the space to care for their family. - A flat organization. While there are personnel in leadership roles, I never really felt like I was somehow removed from any of those people. I was always able to voice my opinions or concerns, speak to who I needed to, and get my work done without feeling like I had to deal with a lot bureaucracy first. - An exciting mission. Ardalyst is working hard to help customers use Azure/M365 to attain their regulatory compliance goals, and it's clear that it's working. - Remote first, remote always. I don't live anywhere near the "Headquarters" office, and that's okay! Doesn't matter your timezone or location, as long as you have internet you can work!
