Some people/teams I worked with were awesome

SCRUM overdose: if you want to attend a meeting to schedule new meetings or an 8-part meeting, go for it. This is not universal in the company, some teams try to minimize the amount of SCRUM, I guess I was just unlucky. Low pay: my salary was very much below the market average and the yearly bonus is a joke. It gets much worse for Bioinformaticians.

I had the opportunity to work on projects in a group of people with different professions. Thanks to this, I broadened my knowledge and learned a lot, not only about my own topics but also about other relevant ones that had a great impact on our common work. I experienced only a pleasant atmosphere at daily meetings and a really professional approach to solving problems that sometimes occurred.

I moved from a different work environment, so I am pleasantly surprised.
