It is a great company to start working once you are in the beginning levels of your career, so it is the best place to start if you don't have experience since they prefer you do things their way.

The owners expect you to do more than 200% of your abilities. The company has no established management, everybody is your boss. Fast working environment, most of their work has to be done by yesterday. Unreasonable time request of work, most if not all the time, they will give you work 10 min before the end of your shift, making you stay 4 hours more to finish. No overtime pay. No days off for the extra time you worked. They don't even have a Human Resources. No compensation or benefits.
