You take on a lot of responsibility right away but there is not really any kind of introduction. More of a learning by doing approach

Mistrust and animosity when it comes to the CEO's. Basically some good ideas and approaches but not thought through which causes a lot of processes to be faulty at first. Overall, it was ok but I would not necessarily recommend to do an internship with this company
