Good place for people who are self-motivated and willing to be flexible. There is always a steady flow of projects and endless opportunities (but no major pressure) to step out of your comfort zone by taking on more responsibility, managing and training more junior members of the team, leading meetings with clients, etc. Highly recommend working here if you're starting out in consulting or interested in the business side of the legal industry. There is flexibility in work hours. Colleagues are all generally smart motivated people. Organization is pretty flat so lots of access to more senior people, which can be helpful for mentorship and career development.

Probably most enjoyable if you're self-motivated and comfortable working without tons of direction/ supervision all the time. Projects are staffed pretty leanly so there is a fair amount of responsibility and trust placed on your work, even early on. My experience was excellent mostly due to the flexibility of the work and how much I learned about project mgmt., business orgs, mgmt. and efficiency best practices, etc., but might not be for everyone, esp. if you're looking for more of a 9-5 job with lots of set rules and admin support staff.
