Very poor stock room management - nowhere near enough space in warehouse for amount of stock that gets received to work effectively and safely, Bulk items in particular are a real hindrance. Inferior equipment stockroom equipment - A standard 'old and barely working' pump truck is used to receive pallets, that are sometimes in excess of 1 ton!
