Rubbish pay for unsociable hours - work nights but receive the same pay as those who work during the day.
Management haven't got a clue - claim to listen to feedback, but it's quite clear they don't. ALWAYS think their way is the best way. Try working in a warehouse for a night, instead of looking at statistics on a piece of a paper!
No benefits - Unless you work at the counter. Warehouse staff are forgotten about, never praised for the work they do.
Quality control - Give it a rest! It's a warehouse, not a storefront!
