Colleagues are nice on the whole,staff discount is ok and the job is relatively easy.

The pay is minimum wage and this is for a driving job! The vehicles are usually dirty inside and out and covered in dents because the drivers they employ are often inexperienced at driving large vans. Maintenance and vehicle checks are carried out in a half hearted manner. Drivers are often expected to work there breaks due to lack of staffing. The management is very poor - there are never any team meetings and there is little communication from the management, and when there is this usually consists of threatening notices being hung up around the work area. The rota's are regularly changed at short notice and the team leaders and managers don't have the courtesy to let you know. If you apply for holidays you get no response and constantly have to chase up managers to get anything resolved. The drivers are not rewarded with any vouchers or incentives like the front of house staff because the company are only concerned with selling insurance and add ons at the tills and those that do receive all the praise.
