Unreliable management/team leader staff who are incompetent in their job roles. Way too much paperwork, outdated systems for day to day tasks. Too many team leader/middle management positions, many do NOTHING above a normal employee. Contract of 15 hours, ended up doing 30-40 per week. The shortest notice I had to start a shift was 10 minutes, I live 20 minutes away, but still they expect you to drop everything and rush in. Pay is way below average, and don't expect to progress anytime soon.
