The pay would be decent in comparison to others, but the level of work that you do is not proportionate to it. Even as a female I was on both tills and giving out stock that was as heavy as 20kg even though they say you should only carry 16. Very hierachical, traditional stores (the ones that are not digital) are the WORST ones to work in as the managers are very stubborn, stuck in their ways and don't do anything. Before I transferred from a concession store, the managers were so much better and proactive. Too many opendoors and modules to do on the online course- and it never stops, you ahve to re-do them every now and then.
