Always understaffed so workers are over worked Labour intensive Deal with the worst type of customers Policy is not always honoured Always being called in for work Not heard when asking for days off Management rarely help on shop floor Update, assign and remove shifts without notice Always have the same few people working multiple jobs whilst others do not get involved Always giving the same shifts to the same people so other workers cannot request different timed shifts.
