16 years service...loved it before voice pick...now its OK always feels like family...new challenges never boring....probably be there another 16 years...it can be different at times depending on the current management team, who change frequently... The current team are motivated but don't really get stuck in on the shop floor, however life is so different from one day to the next at Argos because the tasks are so varied, never a dull moment, its like Marmite you either love it or hate it.... I'm hoping I can get back to giving it 5 stars in the near future... But that certainly won't be until after peak now....because we are facing a tough one this year as our Store do Home and local store deliveries... Plus we have the new Fast Track service and EBay collections...let's hope our normal service in store isn't too disrupted... Otherwise we may lose some custom....can't wait!!

Voice pick...slows us down....shop floor too full...staff shortage...no time to keep on top of counts on the shop floor...things get stolen a lot..things need to be minimal where displays are concerned...as the staff have so much more to do now....we need to be customer focused instead of task focused!!!!
