Having worked as a Customer Service Team Leader in 3 different store, I enjoyed working with the team, the system is very easy to adapt and work in, very organised system to serve customers.

The management, all they do is push you to sell insurance and Argos Cards, no rewards or benefit for hitting targets. There are 4 managers in a store, and their treatment is at its worse. Favouritism is another issue, if you dont kiss the managers back, you wont get anywhere.
