Not the Best - Recensione dipendente - Customer Fulfilment Assistant (Driver) presso Argos

Pay is under minimum wage, even though us the CFA are meant to get £6.85 or so, we're getting £6.59. Vans are wrecked. No proper management. Staff are having to do things that they normally wouldn't do. Haven't been paid for my overnight times from before the cutoff date. Haven't even been given full uniform. Now, in the winter, I'm having to take my own coat out to delivery, my own gloves, use my own phone to call customers. Problems keep on mounting and will never stop.
