Unhealthy work environment - Recensione dipendente - Care Manager presso Argus Community

The organization as a whole is highly dysfunctional. They pride themselves on being client/patient-centered, which is far from the truth. The organization's sole purpose is billing productivity. The middle and upper management do not respect their care managers, and HR has no consideration for employees' medical or mental health needs, although they say they do. Email responses are highly obnoxious and demeaning; when asked questions from HR, zero accommodations are provided if an employee is in need. The entire upper management and HR need to be restructured. I highly recommend, for your self-care, not apply for any position at this organization.
