      There is no career advancement opportunities unless you belong to their elite group of buddies. There is a huge lack of leadership among management. Since the two funding owners died in 2015, this company is in profound disarray. There is a group of managers self proclaimed "Senior Management Leadership" that are taking this company to bankruptcy, to the point that Argus have laid off more that 150 employees since December 2015
