-Work/life balance can improve -Account distribution can improve, some teams have an insane number of accounts and not enough support. -Too many irrelevant internal meetings/emails/distribution lists. -Support and collaboration between commercial and editorial can improve, although recent positive changes have occurred.

Vantaggi

Great teammates with high standards and low egos. Compensation isn’t competitive, so top performers often move on. The medical insurance, though, is excellent.

Management: Severely disconnected. A strict “3 days in office” rule is tracked via weekly attendance reports, yet the Head of North America works fully remote after moving away from Houston. Compensation: Senior-level pay is well below the Houston market. Repeated promises to make salaries competitive have been half-measures (think bottom 10% range). Hours: Expect meetings to be scheduled irrespective of your actual working hours.
