Great and new training program. Upper management is involved, positive, and reachable. District Managers are involved, care about their teams, and willing to teach those who are willing to learn and put in the effort. We have the ability to take ownership of our properties and they listen to our suggestions.

Health insurance is not the greatest, there are not many in network doctors to choose from.

Any potential positives were outweighed by ongoing management and operational issues

Poor leadership and prioritization. Management focuses on appearance and social events instead of handling essential responsibilities. Communication is unclear, accountability is lacking and employee concerns are routinely dismissed. The company does the bare minimum.
