      Ton of freedom to run your desk with very little red tape. Management is there to help eliminate barriers to making money and is always willing to help.

      Probably not the best place for someone as their first job. With the lack of handholding, having some experience in recruiting will aid in your success.

      You are given the ability to build a business without a ton of constraint. Upper management is highly supportive as long as you put in the effort. President has always had my back.

      You do need the ability to work independently without a ton of structure. Probably best if you have some recruiting experience prior to joining.
