-No grace period, if you show up a minute or two late, you will be written up. Even if there is an accident, they don't care. -Horrible PTO, you get one hour per month. -Management has no idea how to work systems, constantly out of the office for hours at a time, constantly leaving front counter staff to fend for themselves, especially with upset customers, I consistently was giving away free tile and supplies since there was no manager to assist or to escalate their issue to. -Management sits in their offices and does nothing, customers can see them looking up car prices, flight pricing, and hotel websites. -Managers are only promoted due to being at the company for so long, even if they didn't know what they were doing. Constantly scratching each others backs and that's how they stayed. -High turn over rate
