Specifically emails to ARK clients. - Lack of communication. Your supervisor will tell you one thing, hide important information from you and then a code 5 alert will be rung to fix a mistake made by Supervisor lack of communication. - You better have a memory like an elephant not to mention the ability to take word for word meeting notes in order to forecast what the Management team neglects to instruct.
