      Stupid - CEO, its a one man show. He runs a 3 people staffing company but the level of arrogance is so high that he thinks he is better mark zuckerberg :) :) Nothing wrong with people being confident but that is just disgusting. At best the CEO is a decent recruiter. I can bet all the good reviews on this site is his own work

      Smaller firm means less available benefits in some cases. From a corporate perspective, heavy process management and a low threshold for mistakes paralyzes otherwise good operators from making confident decisions.
