      Everyone is so nice and helpful here... I love that I do many different work tasks, and every day is different! This allows me to learn so much more about the company and industry. I really do learn something new every day. Working as a team to get things done but also working individually is balanced nicely. Not micro-managed either, which is nice. Management is very understanding and flexible regarding personal life outside of work because they care about employees... which can be hard to find sometimes!

      I enjoyed working on different and exciting projects and my Manager is pretty great to work for. The people here are supportive and with great collaboration. I am fortunate to learn from the other engineers here that are so good at teaching and helping me become a better engineer.

      I do believe that there is room for improvement in compensation and benefits compared to our competitors. I also think that there is some room for improvement in training and direction.
