- No scalable growth strategy, still a lot of founder-led sales, pricing not competitive, no trust between marketing/sales - Unfocused product strategy and lack of true competitive differentiators (outside CAPTCHA challenge) - Used to have a caring culture, but regressed into a toxic culture where nothing is ever good enough. - Laid off 1 / 5 staff in Q2 2022. Irresponsible over-hiring in Q1 2022 & and extravagant spending has morphed into spending freezes, reluctance to pay vendors, etc. - HR decisions handled callously. Examples of people being fired by voicemail & email, breaking employment laws, demoting strong performers - Corporate account publishing "we're hiring" post on LinkedIn right after mass layoffs, very disrespectful.
