Interesting product solving an old problem. Some nice people work here.

No thought leadership or product vision. Very few customers. Lost some big clients and big deals. Sales management is borderline secretive and comes across as clueless sniping at other managers. Three rounds of layoffs in twelve months. Poor work life balance throughout.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we do take the time to read and discuss all feedback provided on Glassdoor. We could not agree more that there are some very talented people working together here to solve some very big challenges for our customers. 2022 was an unprecedented year, and no one could have predicted the economic impact it caused. 2023 has continued to show an uncertain market which continues to have a considerable impact on our company and many businesses around it, which led us to make really hard decisions. We did not come to these decisions lightly and have done our best to support those employees that were impacted with post-job placement assistance and additional post-separation assistance. We have also made some changes this year as to where and how we fill any talent gaps to be focused more on providing additional resources to the teams. We do our best to provide the best work-life balance by implementing Employee Assitance Programs and encouraging our flexible PTO to be used along with our monthly Wellness Days. We are sympathetic to your experience here and will work to ensure better communication and usage of the programs we have here to combat burnout. We hear your feedback about the team's need to be more transparent. We believe in transparency with employees and providing a clear understanding is absolutely essential. Our Product Roadmap Discussions and open-to-all "Demo Days" and presentations assist in highlighting our thought leadership and fostering open discussions about the direction of our product and afford key talent the opportunity to advance their ideas and feedback. The company boasts a significant enterprise customer base and maintains a competitive advantage through its dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC) team. A truly "vibrant" culture. If you're seeking a workplace that truly tests your resilience, creativity in avoiding eye contact, and ability to thrive on passive-aggressive feedback, look no further! A unique corporate environment, particularly one that values a very specific and distinctive hiring pipeline. Arkose genius lies in their laser-focused strategy: apparently, the only prerequisite for joining the Arkose family is a former stint at ThreatMetrix. Diversity? Pffft. Who needs a breadth of experience when you can have a singular, deeply entrenched perspective on... well, whatever they were doing at ThreatMetrix that apparently wasn't quite stellar enough to keep them there. It's like watching a reunion special where everyone's trying to pretend their old band was actually good.

To support their admittedly green CEO, they've brought in an equally "talented" COO – someone whose incompetence is only outshone by their undeniable toxic charm. The company is currently experiencing organizational challenges characterized by a misaligned executive leadership team and a toxic work environment. Recent changes in the executive team have created a division between those who support the CEO and those who support the COO. This has resulted in a highly competitive and hostile work environment, The current COO has demonstrated a lack of engagement with customers and a history of missed quarterly revenue targets. This has led to concerns about the company's ability to maintain its market position and achieve its financial goals.
