Poor Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Administrator presso Arktek Group

Very chaotic place to work - Management are very unorganised and under qualified. The Directors are not proactive and only seem to get involved when it is already at breaking point. There is a lot of people in positions of power whom wouldn’t get that in any other business and this is where the business is failing. People are often laid off and management joke about it even though it is people’s livelihoods.
