*Depends on your team how the culture is - e.g. if they are going to include you in teamdays, trips, meeting and etc. – also depends how much your manager wants to invest in you. In general, I have the feeling that you shouldn't expect a lot. *Some will have experience managing a student assistant and some won't Managers do not always walk the talk *You're not necessarily offered 1-1 mentoring as a student assistant *A weird culture regarding if people want to smile, say 'hi!' or chitchat with you. It's kinda like an extension of Danish culture where you have your 'group of friends' – at least with Danish colleagues. **If you're unlucky, then you need to be proactive and have the courage to get things working for yourself by talking with other people and finding who can support you. Not for everyone but also a good challenge – lot's of possibilites inside such a big company.
