It's a cliche, but the people really are great. Very supportive. Good focus on culture. Flexible and hybrid ways of working.

It's a small, but scaling company, which is an exciting place to be, but does come with its own challenges. For example, some processes are still immature or non-existent, so a bit of patience is required at times. Generally, there is an appetite for improvement and good communication when something isn't quite right.
