They respond to Glassdoor reviews faster than they respond to internal complaints. Performative care, antiquated practices, and absolutely no employee engagement. • Turnover everywhere. Everyone’s looking for an exit—and the ones who’ve stayed too long are either numb, complicit, or ignored. • No originality, no culture. The values are just words on the wall. There’s no real innovation, no trust in technology, and zero strategic vision. • Pizza ≠ culture. We’re not livestock.
