7yMany thanks for taking the time out to write a review. Our People team work hard to ensure we remain competitive with our compensation and benefits offering, your recognition of this is appreciated.
The observations of the ‘New’ and ‘Classic’ cultures, that you refer to are interesting. As with any organisation that goes through growth, you will see adaptation and change. But with this being said, we are very proud of our inclusive culture which encourages everyone to be their brilliant self.
Communications within large businesses is always a challenge, however, we have, and continue to, invest heavily into communal spaces and distributed technology to enable us to communicate more fluidly, we aren’t suggesting we are perfect, there is always room for improvement and your comments are appreciated.
We are fortunate enough to have an evenly disrupted management team across the UK and USA, we aren’t heavily weighted in the USA. But with that being said, the teams travel a fair amount and I can understand why you would have assumed that was the case. We are continually evolving our customer-centric business vision. We are all about the creation of innovative ideas and solutions, our core focus is supporting great minds to pioneer the future of technology- it’s the backbone of our business.
