Company has a value called "We Not I". Bureaucracy inside the company uses this to exercise power on you. Hierarchies of flunkeys. The higher level management exercises controls through them. This puts high pressure on you for no reason. Of course the reason is to obey the flunkeys. But these usually push orders just to satisfy their ego, and most often they are nonsense.
