91% of people who completed our latest employee survey (75% of everyone in Arm) said they were proud to work for Arm, and our Core Beliefs (We not I, Be your brilliant self and Do great things) play a huge part in that and our culture – we expect everyone to live by them. In terms of reward, people do share in the success of Arm through our reward structure, and our commitment is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm. Finally, we have a hybrid approach to being in the office. We see real value in bringing our people together in-person, and, as our CEO recently said, to retain our culture we need strong relationships, connections and community. However we know that some tasks are easier to do remotely, so we encourage a flexible approach, where people can work remotely when needed but also come into the office to build community, problem solve and learn from each other.
