A truly wonderful & caring environment to be in. Armada sees you as a person not a number. The managers are absolutely wonderful and witty people with a great sense of humor. If I could’ve worked here until retirement I would’ve. You’ll make friends & feel like you’re doing something good for the people you are calling. If you like coffee, puns, and a healthy work environment where you are free to express any and all concern you will love it here.

I experienced nothing negative here. Everyone was caring & helpful. I truly felt like everyone was cheering me on at work and outside of work.

Some of the employees are good and hardworking

The culture at Armada AI is toxic and there is a lot of nepotism in the company. You check the orgs under C suite, SVPs and VPs and they have only recruited the people they know and who are yes men and women. The work culture is terrible and leadership has no respect for employees and their well being. The management is all about selling and even engineers are always selling their newly developed features that don't have any customers
