It's a startup. With the opportunities for growth comes a lot of responsibilities in a lot of areas. This can be a positive if you're looking to grow quickly.

The people at armory that I worked day-to-day with were phenomenal. Good compensation during the pandemic. Remote-first made work very flexible.

Limited funds to have face-to-face meetups, lack of product direction in an undefined market, sometimes to many cooks in the kitchen.
