Most of the Freedom Finance staff have been at the company for years, which is a good indicator as to whether the company is a good one to work for.

Office is quite small and could do with a freshen up. Could do with new office chairs. Could implement a few more job perks such as the ability to work from another country for x amount of time. On site parking can be a bit of a nightmare and not everyone gets allocated a designated space. Not seen a route for progression through the company as of yet which is a bit concerning.
